Mr. Phillips's enthusiasm and years of valuable field knowledge allows for productive and efficient project management procedures and construction. He is able to address the smallest of details with the same concern as major issues, which leaves his clients confident of receiving nothing but the finest in quality. His knowledge in appraising and mechanical drafting has increased his efficiency in estimating.

His responsibilities include estimating, masonry design, purchasing and application, subcontract negotiations, scheduling, approval/disapproval of subcontractor billing, field construction supervision, quality control, purchasing and expediting all aspects of the contract until final completion with total commitment to the owners needs. He is also highly respected in the community for his dedication to Habitat for Humanity and the volunteering of his time to coaching young teenagers in baseball.

Mr. Woodley’s ambition along with his many years of field construction experience will provide any customer with the reassurance that their project will be handled in a professional manner. Adherence to details and precise record keeping places him at the top of our project management staff. The beneficiary of his efforts is always his client.

His responsibilities include estimating, subcontract negotiations, purchasing and expediting of contract labor and material, scheduling, approval/disapproval of subcontractor billing, monthly requisitions, field construction supervision & quality control.

Mr. Feinberg is our Residential Manager. He has been involved in all aspects of residential construction for over 30 years. Although design and estimating are his specialty, working with customers, contractors, suppliers, architects and engineers is all in a days work. His experience has included construction of over 750 homes, one townhouse development and several commercial projects.
